As a strategic thinker Skip can be quiet and reserved but underneath he is passionately working to strengthen individual communities and the region as a whole.  With just under 30 years in economic development Skip has garnered experience working at the federal, state, regional, and local levels of economic development organizations and values the collaborative process for successful expansions and site selection projects.

Kim has worked as an economic developer for the past 25 years at both the local and regional level. She has a background in research, marketing and project management. As a licensed drone pilot, Kim also flies the NMIDA drone for marketing photos and videos. Her experience helps NMIDA provide a solid base of support for the North MS developers.

Driven by a curiosity for how communities grow and thrive, Charlie English is passionate about storytelling, relationship building, and learning about the industries and partnerships that strengthen North Mississippi. Originally from Tupelo, Mississippi, he is gaining firsthand experience in site development, business recruitment, and regional collaboration while exploring the many facets of economic development.

Dixie is an experienced professional with organizational skills and work experience in the field of media, technology, and print material. She is a retired Media Specialist with 30+ years of experience in the K-12 school systems, and 15 years with NMIDA. Dixie uses her creativity and passion for research in supporting our North MS developers and partners throughout our NMIDA territory.
